Sandipan Basak

Sandipan Basak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and security sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Practice Director for the Identity Practice at Optiv since March 2022, Sandipan previously held prominent roles at RSA Security from November 2010 to April 2021, including Director and Centre of Excellence Site Leader, where responsibilities included overseeing the strategy and operations of the services team in India. Prior to RSA, Sandipan was with Wipro from April 2006 to November 2010, serving as Delivery Head for Telecom, Media & Communication accounts and managing a team of over 350 security professionals globally. Sandipan's career began at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where from November 1996 to November 2005, various roles were undertaken, including Project Manager and Account Manager, primarily in the US market. Sandipan holds a degree from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, awarded between 1992 and 1996.
