Sean Smith

Sean Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information security and consulting. Currently serving as Practice Manager for PCI Advisory Services and Principal Consultant at Optiv since May 2015, Sean has also held similar positions at Accuvant since December 2013. Prior experience includes a managerial role in Information Security at Indiana University Health, where responsibilities encompassed designing security strategies for the state's largest healthcare provider. Other notable roles include Architect at Marsh Supermarkets, Director of Strategic Technology Services at The Steak n Shake Company, and Director of Technology and Risk Management at INRANGE Consulting. Sean holds a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, both from Ball State University.
