Tim Konos possesses extensive experience in the information security and service management sectors, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Optiv Inc since January 2019. Prior to this role, Tim led the establishment of the first Identity and Access Management Department at Homesite Insurance, which was later acquired by American Family Insurance. Tim's achievements include collaborating with the Information Security Officer to create robust security policies, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, and directing a successful service desk team that significantly improved user experience.
