Will Gates

Will Gates is an experienced Cyber Operations Manager at Optiv since December 2021. In addition to this role, Will serves as a Chief Warrant Officer 3 in the Colorado Army National Guard, providing mentorship to Cyber Warrant Officers and NCOs while executing cyber operations for state and federal authorities. Previously, Will held multiple positions within the Colorado Army National Guard, including Network Telecommunications Manager, where responsibilities included managing telecommunications equipment, and Information Systems Security Officer, focusing on security solutions for DoD networks. Will's experience also includes serving as an Information Systems Administrator at General Dynamics Information Technology, managing DHS computer systems and providing extensive customer support. Will's educational background includes courses at the U.S. Army Cyber School and a recent DC3 program completion.
