Gurpreet Singh is an experienced technical professional with a robust background in technical management and support roles. Currently serving as a Technical Manager and previously as a Support Specialist at Optiva Inc. since October 2020, Gurpreet has honed analytical and leadership skills through various positions. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Analyst at Netcracker Technology and Accenture, as well as a Technical Support Analyst at Redknee. Early career experience as a VAS Engineer at ZTE Telecom India Pvt Ltd provided a solid foundation in technology. Gurpreet holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from Rayat Bahra University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
