Anand Rathi is currently a Partner and Head of the Single Stock Options Team at Optiver, where they focus on translating project visions into reality and managing high-level teams in the derivatives landscape. With over 10 years of experience, Anand has successfully led initiatives that dramatically increased market share and team performance, including transforming Optiver into a leading equity powerhouse in Europe. Anand holds a Dual Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and has worked in various analytical and strategic roles across several firms in finance and technology.
