Berk Kircal is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in trading and market making. Since March 2009, Berk has held multiple roles at Optiver, currently serving as a Partner and Head of D1 APAC. Previous experience includes a Sales and Trading Internship at UBS Investment Bank and an FX Technology Internship at Banc of America Securities. Berk began a professional career with a summer internship at Walt Disney World. Berk holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce and Digital Business from the University of Nottingham, with initial studies at Grinnell College.
