Bernice Juk

Bernice Juk is an experienced HR Project Manager at Optiver since December 2019, driving a variety of HR initiatives including policy writing, cultural and wellbeing programs, and project management integration within the HR team. Previously, Bernice served as the Head of Research and Team Lead at YESS International Consultants, where responsibilities included recruitment for executive roles, people development, and process optimization. Bernice also gained valuable experience as an Executive Search Associate and in sales management at Oceaan Deli. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Policy, Communication and Organization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Twente, complemented by project management training at Erasmus University.
