Brad Eldridge

Brad Eldridge serves as the Head of Change and Control Assurance at Optiver since November 2016, leading technology transformation across Control teams and overseeing the Level 2 Assurance function for the CFO office. In prior roles, Brad has held significant positions in financial leadership, including Financial Controller at Optiver APAC, where responsibilities included management reporting and strategic partnership with senior executives to ensure sound financial operations. Brad's earlier experience includes director-level positions at RBS Corporate and Institutional Banking, where leadership encompassed finance business partnering and client profitability frameworks, as well as director roles at ABN AMRO Bank and Deutsche Bank focusing on financial control and product oversight. Educational qualifications include an Associate Membership from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney.
