Charley Pincombe

Charley Pincombe serves as the Global Head of Procurement at Optiver since February 2020, leading cost optimization initiatives and global value creation, particularly in technology and trading expenditures across the US, EU, and APAC. Prior roles at Optiver include Tech Operations and Procurement Lead, responsible for strategic growth and daily operations in various tech and procurement functions, and the inaugural Procurement Manager, tasked with building procurement processes in the US. Before joining Optiver, Charley worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company and held procurement roles at Uptake and Chicago Public Schools. Charley holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Northwestern University.
