Dexter Carpenter

Dexter Carpenter is a seasoned payroll and human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Payroll Accountant at Optiver since March 2023, Dexter previously worked as a Payroll Administrator at Ulta Beauty, managing payroll for over 45,000 associates across the U.S. From May 2015 to September 2016, Dexter held the role of Payroll Specialist at ArcelorMittal USA, processing payroll for more than 3,000 employees and auditing payroll for an additional 13,000 employees. Dexter's background also includes serving as a Human Resources Labor Relations Specialist and as a Human Resources Coordinator at West Suburban Bank. Dexter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government, Sociology, and Human Resources from Eastern Illinois University and also studied International Relations at Harlaxton College.
