Helen Small

Helen Small is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People Services APAC at Optiver since May 2023. Prior to this role, Helen held multiple senior positions at ING from August 2016 to May 2023, including Head of Digital HR Solutions and Global Workday Functional Lead. Helen's earlier career includes roles at ING Australia, where responsibilities ranged from HR Operations Consultant to HR Advisor, as well as experience as an HR Recruitment Consultant at Newton Consulting Group. Helen's foundational career began as a Policy Officer at NHS South Birmingham.
