John Rothstein

John Rothstein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the finance and trading sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and previously as the Chief Executive Officer for the UK and Chief Operating Officer for the US at Optiver since May 2007, John has also held various leadership roles including Head of Business Development and Head of Education. Additionally, John served on the Board of Directors as a Member Representative Director for MIAX Exchange Group from March 2020 to March 2023. Prior to Optiver, John was an Entrepreneur at Education Services Company from September 2004 to April 2007. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Strategy & Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
