Lamin Kinteh

Lamin Kinteh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent assessment and consulting. As the Founder of Zyvo since January 2015, Lamin has led initiatives in optimizing talent assessments on a global scale in the role of Talent Assessment Consultant at Optiver since March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director at ASSESS Systems Nederland from January 2001 to January 2016, Trainer/Consultant at DOOR Training & Consulting from January 1997 to June 2000, and International Tax Consultant at PwC from February 1994 to December 1997. Lamin holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from Open Universiteit (2002-2004) and a bachelor's degree in Economics, Tax Law, and Psychology from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (1991-1995), along with studies at Tilburg University (1996-1997).
