Lena Ter is the current Singapore Head of Compliance at Optiver, a position held since 2025. Previously, Lena served as a Vice President in Institutional Securities Compliance at Morgan Stanley from 2016 to 2022, and held various compliance roles at United Overseas Bank Limited, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust International, and Lion Global Investors Limited. Lena began their academic journey at Nanyang Technological University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Accounting from 1997 to 2000. Prior to their current role, Lena was a Senior Compliance Adviser at Optiver from 2022 to 2024.
