Natalie Nicholson

Natalie Nicholson (GAICD) is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the Chief People Officer for APAC at Optiver since January 2023. Prior roles include Chief People & Corporate Affairs Officer and Chief People and Culture Officer at humm group, Chief Human Resources Officer at Challenger Limited, and various leadership roles within Commonwealth Bank, including General Manager HR RBS Direct Channels. Natalie's career began at IFPI as Personnel Manager and extended through positions at scudderthreadneedle, AMP Bank Limited, and ING DIRECT Australia, where significant contributions were made across HR functions. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Sydney, a BA in Organisational Communications & Psychology from the University of Canberra, and ongoing education at Singularity University, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and UNSW in finance and corporate governance.
