Patrick Verleg is an experienced professional in technical operations and project management, currently serving as the Lead of Transatlantic Technical Operations and Project Management at Optiver since May 2017. In this role, Patrick leads a team of 12 operations and project managers across the US and Europe, reporting directly to the CEO of Optiver Europe. Prior to this, Patrick was the Lead of European Technical Operations Management and an Information Security Officer at Optiver, as well as a Cyber Security Consultant at Deloitte Nederland, where assistance was provided in designing cyber strategy and implementing security capabilities. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Python Developer at InQbator Internet. Patrick holds a Master of Science degree (Cum Laude) in Computing Science and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Computing Science and Information Science from Radboud University, alongside a VWO degree from Canisius College Nijmegen.
