Patrycja Ostrowska is an experienced professional in recruitment and team development, currently serving as a Senior Tech Recruiter at Optiver since October 2017, where the primary focus is on sourcing engineering talent globally for the Amsterdam headquarters. Prior to Optiver, Patrycja worked at Honeywell as a Recruiter for the Nordics and gained experience in marketing and recruitment with Futurespot Limited and as a Marketing Analyst at HealthXL. Earlier roles include serving as an EU Grants Analyst at GAEU Consulting and as a Junior Process Analyst at Capgemini. Patrycja holds a Master's degree in Swedish Language from Jagiellonian University, completed in 2015.
