Peter O'Flynn

Peter O'Flynn is an accomplished engineering professional with diverse experience in FPGA design, leadership, and hardware engineering. At Susquehanna International Group, LLP, Peter contributed as an FPGA Design Intern, focusing on low-latency trading systems and integrating software with digital logic designs. As Managing Director at Riemann Engineering, an engineering startup, Peter oversees operations in CNC and automation. Participation as a Laidlaw Scholar with Mobility for Africa involved developing a communication network in rural Zimbabwe. Currently serving as an FPGA Engineer at Optiver, Peter has also held leadership positions in various startup initiatives, including co-founding Ambulo, and captaining the Formula Trinity team, which achieved historic milestones at the Silverstone Grand Prix track. Peter's academic background includes a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Trinity College Dublin.
