Robert Noest

Robert Noest, PhD, is a seasoned professional in quantitative research, currently serving as the Quantitative Research Lead at Optiver. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President and Associate at Goldman Sachs, where expertise in financial analysis was honed. In addition to industry experience, Robert held the position of Treasurer for the Badminton Club at Cornell and worked as a Teaching Assistant while pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics at Cornell University from 2012 to 2017. Earlier, Robert obtained a Master of Science in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the University of Amsterdam between 2010 and 2012.
