Sahil Baid

Sahil Baid currently serves as the Head of India Index Options and an Index Options Trader at Optiver, having joined the company in January 2021 after a tenure as a Rates Options Trader at Morgan Stanley. Sahil's academic excellence is notable, ranking 2nd out of 619 students in the Part 1A exams at the University of Cambridge, where a Bachelor of Arts in Physics was earned. Recognized with several prestigious awards, including the Skerne (1745) Scholarship and the BP Prize for Outstanding Performance, Sahil also participated in various extracurricular activities, such as serving as Treasurer at The Cambridge Union and co-founding the DPS Poker society. Additional experiences include being an MC and Entertainment Officer for the Cambridge University Hip Hop Society and participating as a Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley.
