Sam de Boer

Sam de Boer is a Quantitative Researcher at Optiver since July 2019, having previously held the roles of Research Intern and Trading Assistant within the same company. Prior experience includes working as an administrative employee at IMd Raadgevende Ingenieurs from March 2018 to June 2019 and serving as a lifeguard and food service worker at Buitenzwembad Pernis in the summer of 2017. Additionally, Sam worked as a sales cashier at Van Neerbos Bouwmarkten in June-August 2014. Sam holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics, along with a minor in Finance, from Delft University of Technology, where education spanned from 2014 to 2020. Prior academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and completion of a secondary school diploma at Lyceum Schravenlant.
