Sara Sá

Sara Sá is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition and university relations. Currently serving as a Campus Recruiter at Optiver since June 2024, Sara previously worked as an IT Recruiter at Nigel Frank International, where responsibilities included connecting skilled IT professionals with top companies and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. Prior experience includes a role as Student Attraction Manager & University Relations at Infineon Technologies, where strategy development for attracting emerging talent across multiple European countries was a key focus. Sara's career began as a Recruitment Trainee at Michael Page, supporting various recruitment activities. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Católica Porto Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from FEP U. Porto, along with additional studies at Universidad de Los Andes and Nova School of Business and Economics.
