Matthew Grace has worked in the technology industry since 2014. Matthew began their career at Deloitte as a Business Technology Consultant and then moved to a Business Technology Analyst role. In 2019, they joined Optiwatt as the Head of Growth, where they have helped scale the green energy management platform for EVs from its birth to 50k users in approximately 2 years. Their roles have included managing the production environment activity of a large enterprise website, leading requirements gathering and trend analysis for an internal operating model redesign, designing, testing, and deploying healthcare software, and contributing to multiple proposals selling future work.
Matthew Grace obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2014. Matthew then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2021. In addition, Matthew Grace has obtained a ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2015 and a ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance.
