Massimo Castelletti

Massimo Castelletti is a seasoned professional in the field of product management, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Opto Engineering since April 2012. In this role, Massimo leads the development and positioning of machine vision and optical solutions, defining product strategy, value propositions, and go-to-market plans while collaborating with R&D, sales, and marketing. Previous positions include Head of Marketing and Product Manager at Opto Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed product family management, new product launches, technical support, and competitor analysis. Massimo has also held the position of Amministratore Delegato at Oesum srl and completed internships in healthcare and the food industry. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and multiple academic experiences across institutions including the University of Galway and RMIT University.
