Christopher Smith has extensive experience in the technical recruiting and staffing industry, currently serving as the Director of Acadomi at Optomi since January 2016. Christopher has played a pivotal role in developing the Acadomi program, an elite 3-month training initiative designed for recent graduates aspiring to excel in technical recruiting and account executive careers within technology. Prior to this position, Christopher excelled as Head Coach of Acadomi and held various roles at Optomi, including Client Account Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter. Before joining Optomi, Christopher gained experience as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter Intern at Aerotek and as a Golf Club Assistant to the Superintendent at Chestatee Golf Club. Christopher obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from The University of Georgia and previously attended Kennesaw State University.
