Dane McManus

Dane McManus has a robust background in software engineering and recruitment, currently serving as a Software Engineering Practice SME and Software Engineering Practice Lead at Optomi since June 2017, after transitioning from a Senior App Dev Recruiter role. Prior experience includes working as an Executive Recruiter at Linium Resources and as a Staffing Consultant for Strategic Accounts at Randstad. Dane began a career in programming and analysis at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina and gained valuable internship experience in licensing and public relations at Roush Fenway Racing and in licensing and marketing at NASCAR. Dane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from The Citadel, earned between 2007 and 2011.
