Daniel Guelzo

Daniel Guelzo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Daniel currently works as the Regional Recruiting Director at Optomi, a tech staffing firm. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager at Provalus, where they focused on creating opportunities for untapped talent in small towns and rural communities. Daniel has also held positions at Optomi as the Director of Talent Development and at Randstad as the Director of Training & Talent Development. Before transitioning into the staffing industry, Daniel worked at Spherion as the Director of Training and Talent Development and later as the National Practice Director Talent Strategy. Daniel started their career as a Tactical Air Controller in the US Navy.

Daniel Guelzo, CTS, CPC, Lifo® has a high school diploma from Wilkes Central High School, which they completed from 1978 to 1981. Daniel then attended Guilford Technical Community College from 1982 to 1983, where they studied Business Administration. Daniel later pursued further education at Tidewater Community College from 1993 to 1996, but the degree and field of study are unspecified.
