Hannah Chang (Christman) is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in technical and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Sr Technical Recruiter at Optomi since October 2020, Hannah oversees the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for business optimization and creative roles while providing support to recruiters focused on UX competencies. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Coordinator at Domino's, Hannah managed recruitment for a variety of technical and non-technical positions, ensuring a comprehensive hiring process. Hannah began her career at Optomi as an Account Executive and has held roles at Collabera Inc. as a Technical Recruiter. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and General Business from Eastern Michigan University.
