Todd Black

Todd Black has extensive work experience in the IT staffing industry. Todd started their career in 1994 at Technisource, where they quickly rose through the ranks and became a Senior Vice President. During their time there, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and played a significant role in the company's growth and profitability. In 2012, Todd co-founded Optomi, a technology staffing company, where they served as the COO and co-founder. Under their leadership, Optomi became a successful organization focused on driving tomorrow's technology through optimum talent. In 2017, Todd also co-founded Optomi Professional Services, where they currently hold the position of Co-Founder and Board Member. At Optomi Professional Services, they lead all operations, drives profitability and efficiency, and takes part in various culture initiatives that serve under-resourced children and communities throughout the U.S.
