Jonathan is an experienced leader in client services with expertise in delivering complex, end-to-end technology and supply chain projects.
As Vice President of Professional Services, Jonathan and his team implement Optoro’s product offerings with the clients. Jonathan leads all project management, technical and functional consulting, integration services, and training and change management activities to get clients launched on Optoro’s software. Prior to joining Optoro, Jonathan was a management consultant for Deloitte Consulting, LLP’s supply chain group, and IBM’s analytics practice.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Classics from Georgetown University.
