Zach Kramer

VP, Client Success at Optoro


Zach Kramer is the VP of Client Success at Optoro. Zach has over 10 years of experience in the event and marketing industry, with a focus on account management and partnership strategy.

Kramer began their career as an Event Coordinator at Octagon, where they worked with clients such as BMW. Zach then transitioned to American Express, where they managed partnerships with retail brands such as Sony and Michael Kors. In 2011, Kramer joined Madison Square Garden Sports Corp., where they led the partnership strategy for the company.

In 2014, Kramer joined 360 Live Media, Inc. as a Senior Account Manager. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing market opportunities for clients and implementing key programming and marketing solutions to ensure event offerings aligned with marketplace needs. Kramer was also responsible for driving renewals and upsells for their client engagements.

Most recently, Kramer has been with Optoro since 2017 and is currently the VP of Client Success. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all client success initiatives and ensuring that clients are satisfied with Optoro’s services.

Zach Kramer pursued a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University. After graduation, Zach Kramer obtained a certification from LinkedIn in Executive Influence.

They are on a team with Pankaj Kulkarni - SVP Product, Tyler Grundmeier - VP, Sales, and Larisa Summers - Chief Marketing Officer. Their manager is Tobin Moore, Co-founder & CEO.
