Dan McFarlane has extensive experience in the field of avionics and field service engineering, having worked for Optos since September 2013 in various roles including Supervisor, Field Implementation Team, Field Implementation Engineer, Senior Field Service Engineer, and Field Service Engineer. Prior to this, Dan served in the US Navy for twenty years as an Avionics Technician, gaining expertise in the repair, inspection, and operational testing of aircraft electronics systems on platforms such as the F-14D and F/A-18 Hornet and Super Hornet. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Network & Communication Management from DeVry University and attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2002.
