Dave Nicholson

Dave Nicholson is an experienced manufacturing professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Manufacturing & Lean at Optos since October 2014, Dave has held various pivotal roles within the company, including Director of Manufacturing and Plant Manager, beginning in September 2002. Prior to this, Dave was the Director of Manufacturing and Service for North America at Touch Bionics for a brief period in 2014. Earlier experiences at Optos included positions as Manager and Supervisor of the Repair Center, as well as Manufacturing Support Engineer. Dave's career started at Oki as a Senior Surface Mount Technician from 1994 to 2001, following an apprenticeship as a footballer at Glasgow Rangers from 1991 to 1994.
