Laura McRitchie is a seasoned software engineer and scrum master with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently, Laura has been with Optos since April 2018, serving in various roles including Senior Software Engineer and Scrum Master. Prior to that, Laura worked at Leonardo from September 2007 to April 2018, advancing from Systems Engineer to Principal Systems Engineer. Laura began the professional journey with a summer internship as an Audit Associate at KPMG in 2006. Educationally, Laura holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Mathematics with Computer Science from Heriot-Watt University, completed in 2007, and graduated from The Gordon Schools with Highers and SGs in 2003.
