Mark Hope is an experienced clinical trial manager with a strong background in medical photography and ophthalmic imaging. Currently employed at Optos since November 2018, Mark has held various roles including Clinical Trial Manager, Assistant Clinical Trial Manager, and Clinical Research Associate. Prior to this, experience at NHS Lothian involved working as an Ophthalmic Photographer within the Ophthalmic Imaging Department. Mark's earlier roles include a Medical Photographer at the University of Dundee, and a Trainee Medical Photographer at The Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, focusing predominantly on ophthalmic photography. Mark holds a postgraduate degree in Medical Illustration/Medical Photography from Cardiff University and a BA (Hons) in Photography, Video and Digital Imaging from the University of Sunderland.
