In May 2019, they obtained a certification in Innovative Customer Service Techniques and Writing Customer Service Emails from LinkedIn. Michael also completed certifications in Critical Thinking, Working with Upset Customers, and Improving Your Conflict Competence from LinkedIn in April 2019, February 2019, and December 2018 respectively.
