Daniel Raitsin

Daniel Raitsin, CFA has a diverse work experience starting from 2008. Daniel has held various positions in finance and investments. Starting in 2017, Daniel worked at OPTrust, where they began as an Associate Portfolio Manager in the Private Markets Group. Daniel then progressed to become a Portfolio Manager and eventually a Director in the same group. Prior to that, they worked at RBC Capital Markets as an Investment Banking Analyst from 2014 to 2016. In 2013, they held positions at both Investment Society and RBC Capital Markets, serving as the Vice President of Operations at Investment Society and as a Summer Analyst in Global Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets. In 2012, Daniel interned as an Analyst in Real Estate Investments at CPP Investment Board, and in 2011, they interned as an Analyst in Data Management at the same organization. Daniel also gained experience in customer service as a Customer Service Representative at TD Bank Group in 2010 and worked as a Cook at Stonefire Bar & Grill in 2008-2009.

Daniel Raitsin, CFA completed their education from 2009 to 2014 at the University of Toronto, where they obtained a B.B.A. in Management Co-op, specializing in Finance. Additionally, in March 2019, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
