Ray Socha

Ray Socha has extensive work experience in the field of program strategy, enterprise transformation, and strategy and transformation architecture. Ray has been a Director of Program Strategy at OPTrust since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Enterprise Transformation at MNP from 2022 to 2023, and as a Manager of Strategy and Transformation Architecture at EY from 2018 to 2022.

Ray Socha completed their education in chronological order as follows:

From 2007 to 2011, they attended the University of Guelph, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Biochemistry.

Subsequently, from 2012 to 2018, Ray enrolled at The University of British Columbia, where they pursued a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
