Roxana Chalmers

Roxana Chalmers is a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at OPTrust, bringing extensive experience in human resources within the financial services industry. Previously, Roxana served as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at OPSEU Pension Trust, where responsibilities included recruitment and training administration. Roxana began their career as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator at the Ontario Pension Board and holds an Honours BComm in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Windsor.
