Abhay Tilak

Abhay Tilak is an experienced professional in software engineering and quality assurance, currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Optum since February 2022, having previously held the position of Senior Manager - Software Engineering. Prior to joining Optum, Abhay worked at Conduent from December 2017 to February 2022 as Sr. Manager - Quality Assurance & Engineering, with a focus on the transportation industry. Abhay's extensive background also includes a 12-year tenure at Accenture, where roles ranged from Test Architecture Engineering Manager to Consultant, contributing to various sectors, particularly in financial services and capital markets. Abhay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Rajasthan, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
