Addy Rigsby

Addy Rigsby is a seasoned executive in healthcare contracting with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Payer Contracting at Optum since November 2021, Rigsby previously held the position of Director of Hospital Contracting at Kaiser Permanente from April 2017 to November 2021, where responsibility included leading the hospital strategy development and contracting for the entire KP Washington hospital network. Prior to that, Rigsby was a Regional Manager of Provider Contracting and Network Development at Group Health from April 2004 to April 2017, negotiating complex provider contracts and developing strategic incentive structures. Earlier career roles include Contracts Manager and Contract Associate, focusing on managing and analyzing healthcare contracts. Rigsby earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Gonzaga University.
