Alan Kroth

Alan Kroth is a Senior Director of Infrastructure and Integration with over 15 years of experience in managing business requirements and enhancing organizational maturity through program delivery and personnel development. Currently, they serve as a Senior Director in Information Technology at Optum, where they lead infrastructure integration teams and manage various IT projects. Alan's previous roles at Optum include serving as Sr. Manager of IT Architecture and Program Director, where they oversaw significant migration projects and supported new acquisitions. They also have a diverse background in the United States Air Force and experience in project management and leadership roles across multiple organizations. Alan is pursuing an Associate of Arts degree at Normandale Community College.
