Alison Dolan

Alison Dolan, PsyD, LP, is an experienced Licensed Psychologist and Clinical Leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Optum Behavioral Care, overseeing CARE Counseling's 11 locations. They hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and have a demonstrated history of working across diverse mental health settings, including intensive outpatient programs and community mental health. Previously, Alison gained valuable experience as a Doctoral Psychology Trainee at the University of Minnesota Medical Center and a Lead Supervisor at CARE Counseling, where they provided individual and group therapy, conducted assessments, and trained other clinicians. In addition to their clinical experience, Alison was an accomplished student athlete at Michigan Technological University, recognized for both academic and athletic excellence.
