Allison Arfsten

Allison Arfsten is a certified public accountant and currently serves as the Associate Director of Accounting at Optum, a position held since 2022. Previously, they worked at Optum as an Accounting Consultant from 2015 to 2018 and held roles including Senior Financial Reporting Analyst and Accounting Manager. Before their tenure at Optum, Allison interned at the MN Office of the State Auditor in the Government Information Division and was a Staff Auditor at Deloitte from 2011 to 2013. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Bethel University, which they completed in 2011.
