Amarr Malhotra is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a substantial background in building innovative hiring strategies and talent sourcing solutions across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Research Partner at Optum since March 2021, Amarr specializes in both tech and non-tech recruitment. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Manager at RJCORP from April 2018 to May 2020, Amarr successfully partnered with stakeholders to address talent acquisition needs and enhance talent assessment practices. Earlier roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hero Enterprise and Talent Acquisition Leader at New Era India, where Amarr developed recruitment strategies and managed relationships for technology and leadership hiring.
