Amit Goswami

Amit Goswami is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Optum since August 2015, overseeing diverse, geographically distributed development teams and managing the flagship claims development platform. Prior roles include Software Engineering Manager at Avaya, where responsibilities encompassed requirements analysis and architectural direction, and Tech Manager at Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technologies), leading the Payment Acquiring Engineering team. Amit's early career includes roles as a Lead Software Engineer and Consultant at Saksoft and various engineering positions. Amit holds an MTech in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and has completed executive education programs at Carnegie Mellon University and Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
