Amy MacMillan

Amy MacMillan is currently the Associate Director of Quality Field Operations at Optum, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as the Director of Value Based Purchasing at the Office of MaineCare Services, where their work focused on various healthcare models and performance metrics from 2015 to 2017. They acted as the Director at the Office of Aging and Disability Services from 2017 to 2019 and worked as a Senior Clinical Transformation Consultant at UnitedHealth Group from 2019 to 2022. Amy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from the University of Southern Maine between 2001 and 2007.
