Andy Beim has a diverse background in systems analysis and operations management. They began their career as a Sr. Systems Analyst at EDS from 1996 to 2000, followed by a role as Lead Systems Analyst at Carlson Companies, Inc. from 2000 to 2005. From 2005 to 2019, they served as Operations Support Manager at UnitedHealth Group. Currently, Andy is the IT Director of Identity and Access Management at Optum, where they continue to leverage their extensive experience in the field.
