Andy Delgesso

Andy DelGesso is a seasoned procurement and supply chain leader with significant experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain West at Optum since 2021, Andy has also been involved as an Advisor at NiN Healthcare since 2017. Previously, Andy held the position of Vice President, Global Procurement & Supply Chain at Blackhawk Network, where a major restructuring of the procurement function was implemented across a global Financial Services organization. From 2006 to 2019, Andy was the Executive Director of Procurement & Supply Chain Operations at Kaiser Permanente, leading a transformative effort to centralize operations across independent entities. Earlier experience includes a role in Global Strategic Sourcing at Honda of America Mfg., Inc., where procurement operations were established for the US market. Andy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Villanova University and completed an Executive Leadership Program at The Wharton School.
